Bookings and Cancellations
Your first night's payment is required at the time of your booking. Please note that once we have received payment for your room, it is reserved and no longer available to our other guests.

Check-in and Check-out Times
We welcome your arrival any time after 4:00 pm and we ask that you check-out by 10:00 am so we can make our place equally inviting for our next guest.

Pet-free
We are a pet-free home. If you have any pet allergies you will be glad to know that will not be a problem at Urban Tranquility.

Smoke-free
Any of you with a sensitivity to smoke will be happy to hear that We are a smoke-free home.
